About The Position

Regeneron is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Quality Assurance team. The role plans, analyzes, and evaluates quality data to identify and present trends that can inform program improvements. It also develops and maintains data analytics tools and predictive modeling algorithms for analyzing Quality Systems. The position works with internal teams and external personnel to support data quality, dashboards, quality initiatives, and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Related experience by level: Associate Analyst, 0–2 years; Analyst, 2+ years; Senior Analyst, 5+ years. Level will be determined based on experience.

Nice To Haves

• Data analysis experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and management reviews to support quality and operational objectives.
• Prepare and complete data analyses that may lead to quality initiatives internally and with partners or contract manufacturing operations.
• Assist with resolving problems, identifying trends, and determining system improvements.
• Design and build a metrics framework to develop Quality Systems and support data-driven decisions.
• Implement changes, when necessary, within GMP guidelines.
• Maintain timelines for quality assurance initiatives as the business evolves.
• Study other companies’ approaches to quality analytics, trending, and applications.
• Work with the IT Data Analytics team to maintain data quality from development through production.
• Continuously improve and maintain dashboards and visualizations to help drive the business.
• Collaborate with internal and external personnel on database requirements and trend data.
