About The Position

The Data Analyst will assist the Enterprise Applications team with the monitoring, support, and maintenance of multiple databases. This role involves working in collaboration with enterprise applications staff, management, and external clients to ensure data quality within various databases. Key responsibilities include uploading, downloading, importing, and exporting large data files, analyzing and identifying software and client data issues, interacting with large databases and SFTP sites, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and performing data quality control and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one years’ experience with importing and processing data at a high level.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable with Windows 10/11.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point; ability to operate basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine, printer, scanner, and computer; proficient with internet research.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it.
  • Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years of database programming experience preferred.
  • FileMaker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with enterprise applications staff, management, and external clients to monitor, support, and maintain quality in data within multiple databases.
