About The Position

Artemis ARC seeks a Senior Data Analyst – Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Engineering to support data-driven initiatives within Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Engineering & Facilities Programs (HEFP). This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of data supporting Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) in the way it intersects with Engineering and Facilities program priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities and technical expertise to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The candidate also understands the way in which EHR functionality and considerations align with Engineering initiatives as key enablers for successful implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis or data management roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting VA EHRM or similar healthcare IT initiatives.
Experience with Power BI or advanced data visualization tools.
Familiarity with healthcare or infrastructure-related data systems.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed data entry, validation, and analysis for EHRM readiness assessments and related datasets, including healthcare engineering and facilities programs priorities and considerations.
Maintain and manage SharePoint-based data systems and repositories.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support program tracking and executive reporting.
Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance processes.
Support stakeholder engagement through development of presentations and data-driven insights.
