About The Position

We are excited to announce an opening for a Data Analyst within our Data Strategy and Analytics team in Private Markets. This role is focused on enabling business processes through data-driven insights and creating efficiencies across our investment teams. A candidate that is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment will be successful in this role.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Effectively mine data sources and provide relevant information in an easily consumable manner.
Learn and understand business processes to identify areas for improvement utilizing technology, data, and analytics.
Actively Collaborate with stakeholders, including investment teams and IT, to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights, with partnered recommended process changes and technology.
Assist in preparing and analyzing data to support business initiatives.
Develop new visualizations and tools to enhance communication and insights utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Exposure to the company’s lines of business including investments products.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and statistical skills with the ability to address both structured and unstructured business issues.
• High degree of commitment to quality deliverables
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects with varying priority
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication and being a great teammate
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
