Data Analyst I - Lifecycle

In this role you will work with data such as parts sales, service work performed, utilization, or warehouse operations to create actionable reports and visualization to help the organization make data-driven business decisions. We’re looking for a person that can wrangle data, apply statistical analysis, and create dynamic visualizations using tools like SQL and Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and data storage technologies, and how to extract information from these sources using query languages (SQL and/or KQL).
- Experience with using tools (Excel, PowerBI, Python, and Databricks).
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of parts and service support for industrial equipment preferred.
- Understanding of warranty and risk calculations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify trends and correlations using probabilities, distributions, simple linear regression, or other statistical techniques.
- Create data visualizations and reports to convey facts and findings.
- Wrangle data stored in relational databases, flat files, and non-relational databases.
- Produce business insights through participating in continuous discovery, stakeholder engagement, and documentation to enhance data literacy.
