About The Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst-Level 3 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will have experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement, and technology implementation. Familiarity with artificial intelligence is beneficial. Your role will involve Salesforce enhancements. You are familiar with Salesforce and comfortable coordinating with administrators, developers, and partners. You will also support other technology platforms, requiring technical skills for new systems. You will report to the onsite Manager. No direct reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in business process optimization, data governance.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with artificial intelligence is beneficial.
Familiar with Salesforce and comfortable coordinating with administrators, developers, and partners.
Technical skills for new systems.

Responsibilities

Leads discovery sessions to identify the needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Documents current-state and future-state processes, workflows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Coordinates with Salesforce and other technology teams to deliver system enhancements.
Supports user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training, and change management activities.
Identifies opportunities to use automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
You will be a business analyst and project lead for customer experience, process, and technology improvements.
You will be a work with partners to identify needs, document and evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, define requirements, and manage projects through implementation.
