About The Position

We are looking for a Data Business Analyst with a strong functional background and solid technical understanding to support reporting and analytics initiatives across the Logistics Inbound & Outbound domain. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and develop Power BI dashboards that support data-driven decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to act as a Product Owner, helping prioritize initiatives, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable Business Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Functional Analyst role
• Experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse concepts
• Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP logistics modules such as: EWM MM TMS
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting and analytics requirements from business stakeholders
• Participate in business and executive meetings
• Analyze business processes and available datasets
• Develop Business Requirement Documents and functional specifications
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Understand SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures
• Recommend reporting and data quality improvements
• Prioritize backlog items and roadmap initiatives
• Support end users and reporting platform enhancements
• Translate business needs into developer-ready functional requirements
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Communicate roadmap progress and product updates
• Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytics capabilities
