About The Position

The Data Analyst role is crucial for maintaining our systems, developing insightful tools for finances and operations, implementing new technologies, supporting software users, and assisting with light engineering tasks. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, business analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, actuarial science, or a related field.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience or coursework with R, Python, Power BI, Excel, or similar analytical tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain a system of databases using SQL and custom forms to collect data from all facets of the business.
Train employees in data entry.
Ensure data collection and entry compliance.
Analyze collected data using Excel or R.
Use Power BI to create dashboards and present data to the CEO, Director of Operations, and all Department Heads.
Work with department heads to implement new software and technologies and make data-based decisions.
Learn to use various software packages and offer support to other users.
Create predictive models for production, sales, purchases, maintenance, and other areas.
