About The Position

The Data 360 Solutions Architect is a technical leader who guides stakeholders toward solutions suited to their data landscape and enterprise architecture. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Data 360, the Salesforce platform, and enterprise data architecture, along with the ability to advise clients, mentor Salesforce professionals, and communicate recommendations effectively. The architect is responsible for the integrity and strength of recommended solutions and helps clients move from concept through successful implementation.

The position serves as a trusted client partner and subject matter expert, designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions. It involves leading technical discovery, shaping data models, applying Data 360 capabilities and best practices, and advising on or developing SQL and API code. The role is currently remote, with minimal travel potentially required based on client needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 or customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Demonstrated expertise implementing data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, deliver solution documentation, and facilitate technical workshops.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables.
• Strong background in enterprise-level organization architecture and integrations.
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
• Salesforce Certification in Salesforce Data 360.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce certification(s) in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Data 360 and related products.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to document data landscapes, enterprise architecture, integrations and connections, and data ingestion methods.
• Design, propose, and implement enterprise-scale solutions that address clients’ business needs and technical requirements.
• Lead the design, configuration, and refinement of sophisticated, scalable data models aligned with business processes and Salesforce Data 360 best practices.
• Apply knowledge of data ingestion methods, data transformations, calculated insights, identity resolution, reconciliation rules, segmentation and activation, and data modeling.
• Write, edit, or advise on enhancements to complex SQL across platforms such as Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Consult on or write code for Data 360 APIs and other Salesforce APIs.
• Advise clients and mentor other Salesforce professionals on the team.
• Document requirements and solution designs, deliver solution documentation, and facilitate technical workshops.
