About The Position

DashMart is a DoorDash-operated local fulfillment center where team members fulfill customer orders in a physical store for Dashers to deliver. Team members pick and pack orders placed through the app, hand completed orders to Dashers, manage incoming stock and inventory shelf life, keep the warehouse clean and organized, and ensure customer approval for substitutions. The role offers morning, day, evening, and overnight shifts; the posting also identifies weekend and part-time shifts. Team members may work in refrigerated areas and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation. A Food Handler's Certification must be completed upon hire.

Requirements

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders received through the DoorDash app, pack them, and hand them off to Dashers.
• Stock receivables and manage inventory, including product shelf life and spoilage.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by customers.
