About The Position

Stauffers of Kissel Hill is hiring a part-time Dairy & Frozen Team Member at its Rohrerstown Road Fresh Foods location. The position requires evening availability from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and flexible weekend availability. Team members receive on-the-job training, and the company offers leadership classes and opportunities for internal career growth. The hourly wage is $14.00.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Evening availability from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and flexible weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Clean the department, including equipment, containers, storage areas, aisles, and display cases, and keep products and supplies organized.
Ensure all vendor credits are received.
Operate equipment when needed, if at least 18 years old.
Receive, open, and unpack merchandise cartons and crates; check invoices against received items; and promptly clear restocking equipment and debris from the floor.
Rotate products according to departmental guidelines.
Set up and sign merchandise displays to attract customers and promote sales.
Take and process customer orders according to customer requests, ensuring products are ready on time.
Take inventory or regularly examine merchandise to identify items that need reordering or replenishment.
