About The Position

The Dairy and Frozen Team Member delivers remarkable customer service by sharing product knowledge, providing efficient service, and maintaining a friendly attitude. The role includes varied retail tasks involving products, customer service, and merchandising, and contributes to a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience. Team members help customers find what they need, maintain appealing displays, stock and rotate products, use technology to complete tasks, and follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. The position may also support other departments and operational tasks as needed.
