Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or grocery, preferably in dairy or frozen foods (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand and walk the duration of scheduled shift and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Keep dairy and frozen aisles looking sharp, stocked up, and easy for customers to shop.
- Rotate products and ensure they are stored correctly.
- Refill outs and keep an eye on inventory.
- Maintain a clean and orderly area while following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Lend a hand with quick customer questions.
- Help with promotional displays and product resets.
- Check dairy and frozen cases for what’s running low and confirm the game plan with your crew.
- Stocking trips to the cooler/freezer.
- Front-facing products to keep everything shop-ready.
- Tidy up, touch up promos, and wrap up with a clean, reset-ready department.
