Your Shift Mission As a full-time Dairy/Frozen Stocker in Darien, IL, you’ll keep our dairy and frozen aisles looking sharp, stocked up, and easy for customers to shop. Your mission: make sure products are rotated, stored correctly, and right where they belong—so the case stays full and the shopping trip stays smooth. You’ll refill outs, keep an eye on inventory, and maintain a clean, orderly area while following safety and sanitation guidelines. You’ll also lend a hand with quick customer questions and help with promotional displays and product resets. Cooler-to-Case Flow Kick off your shift by checking the dairy and frozen cases for what’s running low and confirming the game plan with your crew. From there, it’s a loop of stocking trips to the cooler/freezer, a little front-facing to keep everything shop-ready, and a quick assist when someone asks, “Where’s the lactose-free?” You’ll also tidy up, touch up promos, and wrap up with a clean, reset-ready department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or grocery, preferably in dairy or frozen foods (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand and walk the duration of scheduled shift.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
