About The Position
The Dairy / Frozen Foods position is a part-time union role at Cub Foods Plymouth, reporting to the Dairy-Frozen Foods Manager. The pay follows a progressive scale up to $18.00 per hour, based on experience. Hours vary from Sunday through Saturday. The employee connects with customers, fills and rotates cases and displays, helps receive and merchandise products, and helps maintain a clean and sanitary store. The role also involves collaborating with the team on department tasks and arriving promptly and working as scheduled. Physical requirements include frequent lifting and carrying over 50 pounds, pushing and pulling, and exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces.
