About The Position

The Dairy Frozen Clerk helps deliver remarkable customer service by sharing product knowledge, providing efficient service, and maintaining a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, and contributes to a fresh, welcoming, well-run store experience. Team members maintain appealing displays, stock and rotate products, use job-specific technology, follow food safety and quality procedures, and may support work across Fresh departments and Grocery. The work is fast-paced and physically active, with extended periods of standing as well as lifting, bending, and twisting.
