About The Position

The Dairy Frozen Clerk helps deliver remarkable customer service by providing customers with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, contributing to a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience. The clerk builds positive connections with customers and teammates, maintains appealing displays, stocks and rotates products, uses technology to complete tasks, and follows food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. The position may involve work across Fresh departments, including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, as well as other tasks needed to support store operations.
