About The Position

The Dacotah Dining Utility performs cleaning and utility tasks in the dining area, including dishwashing, cleaning kitchenware and facilities, organizing supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed. The role requires following safety and sanitation procedures, working independently and as part of a team, and maintaining regular attendance and a well-groomed appearance. The position is part-time at Jackpot Junction in Morton, Minnesota, with varied shifts that include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes using a dishwasher.
• Wash pots and pans in a three-compartment sink.
• Take out garbage.
• Crush boxes.
• Clean walls and bathrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean concrete slabs, including areas such as the dumpster and receiving areas.
• Sort silverware.
• Keep shelves organized, including utensils and vats.
• Assist with food preparation as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
