Music City Roofers is building an elite Door to Door Appointment Setter sales team and is seeking a leader to drive its success. The role offers competitive base pay with uncapped monthly bonuses tied to team and personal performance, with weekly pay. Requirements
- Proven leadership in sales, canvassing, or field marketing
- A competitive, results-driven mindset. You want to win and you want your team to win
- Strong coaching instincts. You can correct someone without deflating them
- Comfortable outdoors and on your feet, leading from the front, not the office
- Valid driver's license and clean record
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train new Appointment Setters
- Run daily morning meetings and set the tone for the day
- Set daily and weekly performance goals and track results
- Ride out with your team, coach in the field, correct in real time
- Own scheduling, territory assignments, and route coverage
- Identify your next Team Leads and develop them
