About The Position
We're partnering with a growing Landscape Construction company in the Syracuse market on a search for a Design-Build Sales Consultant. The opportunity is a place at the table as decisions are made with this team that is exploding with growth. This role owns the entire client journey.
Requirements
- Proven background in landscape construction, design-build, hardscape, or outdoor living sales
- Real estimating experience on construction projects
- Someone who can confidently talk budgets, options, and value with homeowners and commercial clients alike
- Highly organized, strong follow-through, and relationship-driven
Nice To Haves
- Existing network in the Central New York market is a serious plus
Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial design-build sales
- Full estimating responsibility across hardscape, outdoor living, drainage, retaining walls, and planting
- Proposal development, presentation, and closing
- Project handoff and coordination with operations
- Pipeline management and business development
