About The Position
Maplr is seeking exceptional talents for a React/React Native Developer role in Montreal, Canada. This opportunity combines technical challenges with an extraordinary human adventure. Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science/engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in React Native with TypeScript.
- Proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, Redux, and the React UI/React Native ecosystems.
- Experience consuming APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) within mobile applications.
- Solid experience in building mobile applications, including debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Experience in Agile teams (Scrum).
- Proficiency with linting tools (ESLint) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, AppCenter, npm).
- Ability for autonomous learning of new technologies and work methods, including secure and clean development principles.
- Demonstrate transparency, kindness, and positivity within the team.
Nice To Haves
- Natural curiosity and keen interest in the banking sector and/or financial markets.
- Experience in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.
- Experience in test automation (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Jest, Detox).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Good understanding of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
