The 4th Judicial District Colorado Youth Detention Continuum (CYDC) is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to take on the CYDC Coordinator role. As a CYDC Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks revolving around supporting Pre-Trial youth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of youth in the community and the juvenile justice system. In this position, you will have opportunities to collaborate, consult and problem solve with essential stake holders and representatives across the Juvenile Justice System spectrum, including Colorado Division of Youth Services (DYS), Colorado Youth Detention Continuum (CYDC), Collaborative Management Program (CMP) and many others to aid in connecting youth and their families to resources and services. As a CYDC Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring youth have as many opportunities in your district as possible to succeed. You will be responsible for reporting data and creating presentations that effectively communicate the successes and challenges of the program to the state, as well as developing program resources and providing feedback to the Juvenile Services Planning Committee (JSPC) in your district.
