About The Position

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and accountability through daily location counting and reconciliation. The position uses an RF scan gun to count materials, reconciles and adjusts inventory records using AS400, Microsoft Excel, and scales, and researches inventory discrepancies. The role also supports Inventory Control audits, follows ISO instructions, and performs other duties as required. The position involves standing, walking, lifting an average of 50 pounds, and using stand-up and cherry picker fork trucks. Employees may be exposed to potential chemical and food allergens at the work location.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills.
Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to adapt and multitask.
Fork truck experience.
Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

Cycle count materials using an RF scan gun.
Reconcile inventory using AS400 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Adjust inventory system balances to match physical inventory using scales and AS400.
Research and identify inventory balance issues.
Support Inventory Control functions for audits.
Follow ISO instructions.
Perform other duties and assignments as required.
