Leidos is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Instructor/Developer to support the United States Air Force in San Antonio, TX. The role involves providing professional military instruction for the 39th Information Operations Squadron (Detachment 1), 16th Air Force, at Kelly Annex, Joint Base San Antonio Lackland (JBSA). This position supports Air Combat Command (ACC), United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), and the Department of War (DOW) by instructing the Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis Course (CTIAC). The instructor will develop course materials, create training exercises, and ensure curriculums are updated with the latest technology, systems, and tools in accordance with USCYBERCOM requirements. Responsibilities include facilitating academic tests and guiding students in creating pre-mission briefings. The instructor will conduct lesson preparation for CTIAC course modules, covering topics such as USCYBERCOM and National Cyber Strategy, Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis, Joint and Cyber Collection Management, and Joint and Cyber Targeting Processes. The CTIAC course is a 5-week program with four to five courses scheduled per calendar year. During off-weeks, instructors will review lessons learned and prepare for upcoming courses. CTIAC instructors must be certified by the 39th IOS (Det 1) Instructor Methodology Course and maintain instructor qualification standards. They are also required to complete the Instructor Systems Design Course (ISD) within the first year of hire. Instructors must be knowledgeable in current USCYBERCOM Cyber Threat Intelligence Operations, including processes, tools, and various intelligence holdings, to share best practices with Joint Force Cyber students.
