About The Position

Mobius is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Analyst to join the Intelligence Division. In this role, you will gather and integrate intelligence community (IC) data on worldwide cyber and EW threat trends relevant to the Missile Defense System (MDS) community. The focus is on cyber/EW threats to the builders/developers of missile defense, including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Industrial Base (DIB), and the MDS. The cyber intelligence function feeds relevant intelligence to the Information Management (IM), Information Technology (IT), and Information Assurance (IA) Risk Management and Test processes at MDA. This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years’ experience in cyber threat analysis
  • Can execute analytical tasks, utilizing both analytical techniques, and processes
  • Able to develop and/or utilize analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities
  • Can work independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
  • Is able to apply oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams
  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility

  • Preferred/required certifications include SEC+ CEH, Net+, CISSP

Responsibilities

  • Provide intelligence on cyber/EW threats to the MDS, leveraging intelligence community resources and capabilities to understand threat techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) and ascertain threat/attack vectors facing MDS-related networks and systems.
  • Liaise with the IC to gather cyber intelligence on threats affecting or potentially impacting the MDS, including Ground-Based Weapon Systems (THAAD, GMD), U.S.-Israeli Programs, Sensors, Space, Command and Control, Sea-Based Weapon Systems (AB), Directorate for Engineering, Directorate for Test, the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO)/Senior Information Security Officer (SISO), and other MDA programs.
  • Liaise with organizations including NSA, DIA, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), NASIC, and CIA.
  • Conduct research and analysis of classified reporting to assist in identifying threats.
  • Liaise with builders of missile defense, including the CCMDs and MDA, to coordinate cyber intelligence requirements and provide cyber intelligence studies.
  • Develop and present cyber/EW threat intelligence briefings, white papers, and intelligence updates to Senior Leaders, Program Elements, and supporting offices such as Information Systems Security Managers, the Computer Emergency Response Team, and the Research, Development and Acquisition Division.
