About The Position

Amentum is seeking Junior Cyber Intelligence Analysts to support our U.S. Department of Energy contract. The position will be based in the Washington, D.C area. This role provides a wide range of Cyber Intelligence (CI) services to deliver timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence on hostile nation-states, cyber adversaries, and criminals seeking to conduct malicious cyber activities against U.S. energy sector partners.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years supporting cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, SOC operations, incident response, or threat analysis.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or Elastic.
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and RMF.
  • Security+ required (or ability to obtain within six months).
  • Active TS/SCI or DOE Q Security Clearance Required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of Cyber Intelligence (CI) services to deliver timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence on hostile nation-states, cyber adversaries, and criminals seeking to conduct malicious cyber activities against U.S. energy sector partners.
