About The Position

Augment Professional Services (APS) is seeking two CX Alloy Completions Specialists to support a client’s completions and systemization initiatives within a complex project delivery environment. These roles are focused on database-driven completions processes, ensuring accurate tracking, validation, and turnover of project deliverables through structured systems. The CX Alloy Completions Specialists will play a key role in managing completions data within Alloy or similar systems, supporting systemization efforts, and ensuring alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. This includes maintaining data integrity, supporting completions workflows, and enabling efficient handover of systems and subsystems. This position requires strong attention to detail, experience working with completions databases, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams. Candidates should be comfortable operating in fast-paced project environments where data accuracy and process consistency are critical to successful project execution.

Requirements

Experience working with completions management systems (e.g., Alloy or similar platforms)
Strong background in database-driven completions processes and data management
Understanding of systemization and completions workflows within engineering or construction projects
Ability to manage, validate, and maintain large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking tools
Familiarity with turnover documentation and project handover processes
Strong coordination and communication skills across technical teams
