About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, seeking experienced Surgical Technologists for short and long-term assignments throughout the health system. This program offers nationwide and regional opportunities with premium compensation and maximum flexibility. Qualified candidates will float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and regions, demonstrating professional practice standards, acting independently within their scope, retaining accountability, collaborating with stakeholders, and embracing new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – Five (5) years’ work experience is required
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
Ability to complete the orientation and training

Nice To Haves

Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist
CST Certification
