About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, offering premium compensation and flexibility for experienced Surgical Technologists. We provide short and long-term assignments throughout the health system with nationwide and regional opportunities available. Qualified candidates will float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and regions, acting independently within their scope of practice, collaborating with stakeholders, and embracing new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
CST certification
A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – Five (5) years’ work experience is required.
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
Ability to complete the orientation and training.
