About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, offering premium compensation and maximum flexibility for experienced Surgical Technologists. Qualified candidates will fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities available. This role requires the ability to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions. The Surgical Technologist will act independently within their scope of practice, retain accountability for delegation and outcomes, collaborate with stakeholders, and embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – Five (5) years’ work experience is required
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
Ability to complete the orientation and training

Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist
