About The Position

FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, seeking experienced Surgical Technologists for short and long-term assignments throughout the health system. This role offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility with nationwide and regional opportunities available. Qualified candidates will float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions, demonstrating professional practice standards, acting independently within their scope, retaining accountability, collaborating with stakeholders, and embracing new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST.
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – Five (5) years’ work experience is required.
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
Ability to complete the orientation and training.

Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
