About The Position

This role involves monitoring and maintaining urschel slicers to ensure proper operation. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining and sharpening blades, and moving pork skins from the cutting room to the cooking room for processing.

Requirements

• Ability to monitor and maintain urschel slicers.
• Ability to maintain and sharpen blades.
• Ability to move pork skins from the cutting room to the cooking room.
• Must keep sharp blades on the urschel slicers at all times.
• Ability to clean and sanitize the floor, bins and autos according to the SOP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform daily checklists on machines.
• Monitor the operations of the urschel slicers.
• Move the pork skins from the cutters room to cooking room.
• Sharpen blades and keep sharp blades on the urschel slicers at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the floor, bins and autos according to the SOP.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
