We're looking for a Cutter Operator to join our team in Morrisville, NC. If you're passionate about manufacturing, quality, and working with industry-leading technology, this is your opportunity to help create products enjoyed by collectors and fans around the world.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow production specifications and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment using hand tools.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate Bindery Cutter equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
  • Review job tickets and production requirements to ensure accurate machine setup and output.
  • Monitor machine performance throughout production runs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and communicate maintenance needs to leadership.
  • Complete production logs, tracking documents, and other required records.
  • Prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support production goals through teamwork, attention to detail, and efficient machine operation.
