About The Position
The Customs Brokerage Agent prepares timely, accurate customs entry declarations and works to meet or exceed daily key performance indicators. The role supports the entry process from opening files and monitoring release through document handling, billing, and turnover to dispatch. It also requires timely, clear, and accurate written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Prepare timely, accurate entry declarations.
- Meet or exceed daily key performance indicators.
- Bring ideas to leadership to improve processes.
- Open files as required.
- Monitor timely entry release.
- Monitor PGA (FDA, etc.) files and ensure release by all agencies.
- Scan and index documents into the imaging system.
- Properly handle “Entry Documents Required Entries.”
- Complete accurate and timely billing, including sending billing to clients as required.
- Turn over work to dispatch as required and on time.
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely, clear, and accurate manner, both verbally and in writing.
