• Basic knowledge of the LVS program for Canada only.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare customs and internal documents accurately, seeking guidance when necessary.
• Handle client queries promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Contact clients or other brokers to request additional documents or information when needed.
• Respond to calls and questions from internal and external sources.
• Trace shipments and set up pre-arrivals at Customs.
• Escalate and report issues or delays to the Team Leader.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
