About The Position

This position is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and entering customs documents and processing shipments according to standard operating procedures. The analyst may obtain additional information or seek guidance from more senior team members. The role provides customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers and handles customs and internal documentation, inquiries, shipment tracing, and pre-arrivals at Customs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with customs brokerage software.
• Basic knowledge of the LVS program (CND only).
• Customs or logistics industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare customs and internal documents accurately, seeking guidance when necessary.
• Handle client queries promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Contact clients or other brokers to request additional documents or information when needed.
• Respond to calls and questions from internal and external sources.
• Trace shipments and set up pre-arrivals at Customs.
• Properly escalate and report issues or delays to the Team Leader.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
