About The Position

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—supporting orders, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams to provide timely, knowledgeable, and friendly service to our valued customers across North America.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (preferably in manufacturing or distribution)
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) preferred
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for customers

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues related to delivery, billing, or product availability
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing accurate, helpful information
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NAC’s products, services, and processes
  • Document customer interactions in CRM systems and help identify recurring issues or trends
  • Support account managers with customer follow-ups and proactive service initiatives
