About The Position

TEKsystems is currently supporting a local law office in need of a customer support specialist for a temporary leave position. This role will be primary customer support for intake calls and appointment scheduling, as well as administrative and marketing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service and administrative skills
  • Social media experience preferred
  • Google suite

Nice To Haves

  • Law experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for client engagement via phone and social media inquiries
  • Complete intake form to validate client information and schedule appointments
  • Initial client qualification for services
  • Support social media posts for client engagement
  • Communicate effective with clients and internal legal counsel
