About The Position

Champion Window is hiring an on-site Customer Support Specialist to handle customer support concerns, including scheduling warranty appointments, ordering parts, and maintaining customer records throughout installation and service. This is not a remote position. The pay range is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Service-oriented team player with a high energy level, capable of multitasking, self-direction, and working well with others.
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent work ethic, solid attendance record, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including phone skills.

Nice To Haves

Five years of customer support experience preferred.
Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
Customer service and multi-phone-line experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer support concerns and promptly return messages by phone, text, and email.
Make outbound calls to provide customers with updates on installation and service status.
Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
Enter and maintain customer records and job-related information in the CRM database.
Provide work orders to the Service Measure Tech daily.
Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded.
Generate and distribute Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports before scheduled meetings.
Provide support for PSG/CSC for assigned divisions.
Manage routine customer concerns, help facilitate escalated concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
Process electronic credit card and check payments.
Assist with receiving products in the CRM database and/or F&O.
Support assigned divisions with Accounts Receivable collections and management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
