About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Insurance Specialists who are passionate about helping people, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term client relationships. In this fully remote role, you'll meet with qualified members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, educate clients on available benefit options, and help families make informed decisions about protecting their financial future. No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and mentorship are provided.

Requirements

  • Strong communicators with excellent people skills.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with computers, Zoom, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
  • Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
  • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
  • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, customer service, client services, customer success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
  • Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
  • Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
  • Guide members through the enrollment process.
  • Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
  • Provide ongoing client support and claims assistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
