The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is accountable for providing quality service to customers seeking direction, information or assistance by conducting effective research on matters related to myBlue, pharmacy, enrollment, billing, benefits and claims inquiries to ensure first call resolution is achieved. This position is responsible for ensuring a connection is made with each customer interaction to assist the customer with their initial concern and provide information tailored to their individual healthcare needs.
