Customer Support Specialist (English and Lithuanian)

TransferGo is seeking a highly motivated and bright English & Lithuanian speaker to join their Customer Support Team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience through effective communication via phone calls, emails, live chat, and offline tasks. They must possess excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Lithuanian, have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and be able to handle complaints and challenging situations with calmness and empathy. Flexibility to work in different shifts and an interest in new technologies are also required.

• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Deal effectively with inbound and outbound phone calls
• Deal effectively with emails, live chat and offline tasks
• Communicate with customers regarding additional documents
• Adhere to compliance requirements

• Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English & Lithuanian
• Passion for excellent customer experience
• Ability to master customer interactions, handle complaints and keep calm in stressful situations
• Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail
