Responsibilities
- Provide timely and empathetic help to customers via email (helpdesk)
- Collaborate with the rest of the Grammarly teams
- Assist in planning, installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading, and offboarding of Grammarly's products
- Maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
- Troubleshoot low- and medium-complexity cases autonomously
- Contribute to the team's OKRs by demonstrating high standards in speed and quality of solving all user interaction types
- Help boost team efficiency by improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland and able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Customer service experience and familiarity with tools like Zendesk, JIRA, etc. (not required but a plus)
- Background in business or humanities
- Ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable (EAGER) values
- Willingness to travel if necessary to the hub where the team is based
