About The Position

The Customer Support Representative is the primary contact for our customers. They are responsible for answering inquiries, processing and auditing support cases, providing technical support, and resolving any other customer issues promptly. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Sales Force or something similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work in multiple software environments simultaneously.
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Accurate measurement and mathematical capability
  • Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls preferred
  • Experience in order entry, data entry, or CRM systems strongly desired
  • Basic door, frame, and product knowledge is a plus
  • Manufacturing or distribution industry background is a plus
  • Technical support experience or familiarity with product-based troubleshooting preferred
