Requirements
- Friendly and professional on the phone
- Reliable and comfortable on a computer
- Open to sales and commission
- At least 18 years old

Responsibilities
- Answer calls and help customers with reservations
- Explain packages, pricing, dates and promotions
- Make new bookings and change existing ones
- Enter customer and reservation details accurately
