Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required
- No prior insurance experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through phone and Zoom consultations, understand their needs, and provide personalized support and benefit solutions.
- Work independently in a remote environment while managing your responsibilities with professionalism and accountability.
- Explain coverage options and financial protection solutions clearly, professionally, and in easy-to-understand terms.
- Support clients through every step of the process while building trust through honesty, consistency, and care.
- Participate in mentorship, virtual training, and ongoing development within a supportive and growth-focused culture.
