About The Position

AO is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll meet virtually with clients, provide personalized benefit solutions, and help working families protect what matters most—all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
