About The Position

Crazy Frog Pest Control is looking for a highly organized, customer-service oriented Customer Support & Financial Operations Specialist to join our growing remote team. This position will be responsible for working in a customer facing capacity as well as operational and financial coordination to help create a seamless experience for our clients and internal teams. The ideal person would be detail oriented, proactive, customer centered and comfortable resolving support issues assisting with invoicing, payment coordination, account updates and operational documentation. This role is crucial to maintaining good relationships with clients and supporting in the smooth operation of the business on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer assistance, client services, operations, administrative support, billing or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Corporate software, remote communication tools, easy to learn.
  • Accurate and exact.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a remote environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills, customer first attitude.
  • Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, billing apps, or financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and timely customer service through e-mail, telephone and internal communication channels
  • Provide service inquiries, scheduling adjustments, account requests and general support to customers.
  • Confirm and update customer data and account details appropriately.
  • Assistance with billing, payment monitoring, billing corrections and financial record keeping
  • Coordinate with operational teams to facilitate the processing of service requests and account changes smoothly
  • Track and log interactions with consumers and internal processes
  • Support for financial reconciliation and administrative reporting
  • Accurate & confidential consumer and financial information
  • Look for methods to improve the processes that make consumers happy and keep operations running smoothly
  • Provide remote administration and customer care support for specified projects
