Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of customer service, financial services, call center, or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to pass background and credit checks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in banking, auto finance, loan servicing, card services, or financial operations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Previous CRM or customer support platform experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced member support environment
  • Assist members with account questions, payment schedules, and program information
  • Review and update account information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Educate members on AutoPayPlus services and benefits
  • Resolve account concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation within company systems and CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Protect sensitive financial information in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Participate in coaching, training, and professional development opportunities
