About The Position

Help people pay smarter for their prescriptions! This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls to assist participants with a new CMS program designed to make prescription costs more manageable. You will be the friendly voice that helps participants understand and utilize this program, which allows them to spread prescription drug costs into manageable monthly payments instead of paying all at once. The role requires fully compliant program support, ledger-based accounting, seamless system integrations, omnichannel participant support, and easy opt-in/opt-out enrollment.

Requirements

  • Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.
  • Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable multitasking (talking + typing).
  • Able to follow client and company guidelines precisely.
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts post-training.
  • Type at least 20 WPM.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Think on your feet and stay calm under pressure.
  • Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with HIPAA (training will be provided).
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply — fluency in a second language is a significant plus.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls (about 60-70 inbound calls per day).
  • Assist participants with elections and enrollment.
  • Answer questions regarding payment processing.
  • Provide general prescription payment plan support.
  • Assist participants with online account assistance.
  • Help participants update member information.
  • Ensure clear communication and accurate account notes.
  • Perform proper caller verification before discussing details.
  • Maintain a helpful, patient, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Consistently adhere to HIPAA and call standards.
